Refund Policy

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Follow these three simple steps to return your product:

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at ozinaluxe@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will guide you through the next steps.

Step 2: Send Your Package
Once you have received our instructions, return the items to the address we provided. Make sure you use a shipping method with a tracking code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, so we strongly recommend choosing a shipping method with a tracking code.

Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we receive your returned item in good condition, we will process the refund to your bank account within 14 business days.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may occasionally reconsider your purchase. You can request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this time, all purchases are considered final and cannot be canceled. If you wish to make a return, please refer to our return policy described above.

Important Notes:

  • If the customer is not satisfied with their order, they are entitled to a refund, but they must contact us directly and initiate a return. Failure to contact us regarding a return violates the Fair Credit Billing Act of 1974, which stipulates that customers must attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the merchant before filing a complaint.
    To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition, with all tags attached. The product must show no signs of use.
    We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe the items have been used or damaged beyond our control.
    All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.
